A unique opening in Manchester for a boutique property management business that are going places.

Super interesting role, one to really grow in, progress in and build your reputation in the Manchester property market.

Current portfolio holds 600 properties all together, you will manage as many properties as you feel comfortable with so you’re already coming into this with autonomy from day 1.

You’ll manage your portfolio, build relationships with stakeholders and contractors, manage contracts as well as continue to build your own portfolio and connect with relevant parties in the industry.

Bring your ideas to the table, challenge processes, improve procedures – you name it, you can do it…. And you’ll have the backing of the SLT!

You’re not pigeon holed, you’re not restricted on career path or what/ how you can run your own caseload, this role is going to absolutely elevate your skill set to the next level whilst you reap the benefits of working for a successful SME.

Property management experience a must, someone who has a bit about them, can hold their own in difficult conversations, challenge the status quo and knows their stuff when it comes to the industry.

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
