Trainee Management Accountant + AAT Study

This is the role which will take you from a Trainee to producing full sets of management accounts in 3 years!
The Financial Controller is someone who has been on this journey himself; as the Trainee you’ll get exposure to all aspects of transactional finance & as you move through your AAT, he will ensure you get the precise experience relevant to what you’re studying for each level of AAT.
You will be working for a division of a larger group based in Spinningfields; you’ll all sit in the same office & you can apply for roles internally before they go live in the market; this is something that has always worked for the business historically!
Their ethos is succession-planning and future-proofing; as you progress, they’ll hire again at a junior level and follow the same path.
They’ll provide study support – you can do this on day release or if you’d prefer to do distance learning, they’ll even allow for time during the working day – they have a coffee shop where you can set up camp and study in your own time!
Once you’ve completed AAT, will there be a further conversation about ACCA/ CIMA? Absolutely but this is the offering right now so if you’ve cut your teeth in basic accounting, this will be a great environment.
