This Managing Director is absolutely incredible – so down-to-earth, relaxed and genuinely, he’ll treat you like family!
An absolutely amazing opportunity – the most flexible part-time role I’ve come across; he won’t dictate the hours you have to work, or the days you need to be in the office. If 3 full days works for you then fine, if you’d rather do 5 shorter days – it’s entirely up to you!
Perfect if you have young children and need to be there for the school drop off or pick up or maybe you have other outside of work commitments and just can’t dedicate time to a full-time role at the moment.
Whatever your situation, whatever your requirements, the MD wants to have a chat with you over coffee (he tends to hold interviews in Altrincham market, that’s how relaxed and informal he is; he doesn’t believe in an interrogation!)
The only pre-requisite is that you have bookkeeping experience; you must be able to take sole control over the accounts, liaise with MD at period-ends and run the finance function to suit your working style.
If that means logging on early so you can have an early dart, so be it – no one is going to breathing down your neck as long as the work is done.
