As this business embarks on an exciting period of growth, you will be joining just at the right time.
You will be joining the business as a skilled Management Account and crucial team member in driving an ambitious 5-year business plan centred around new product development, expanding into new territories and securing further investment.
The 5-year plan will see turnover more than double, so it’s a huge opportunity for you have a hands-on impact in the expansion. With the growth, progression will be awarded via a succession plan so this is a role you can settle into long-term, knowing your career will develop to a senior level.
The business is looking for talent to nurture, so ideally you’ll be at a part-qualified level, actively studying towards your qualifications. As a Management Accountant here, you will receive full study support as well as mentorship from two chartered accounts who are dedicated and supportive SLT members, giving you the perfect set-up to qualify.
This is a manufacturing business, so having sector experience is key to succeed in the role. They want you to come in with an understanding of stock, inventory and accounts within a factory environment – any knowledge gaps beyond that will be trained. Ideally you will have produced management accounts up to review level for senior leadership, with variance analysis.
