Joining a small accounts team and playing a vital role in supporting senior management and managing a team of assistants you will be a natural leader and one that leads by example. You will be responsible for the financial management and accounting functions of their business along side the FC. This opportunity offers you the chance to be part of the Senior Management team where your strategic and decision making is valid!

How does the role look?

  • Budgeting and forecasting, prepare and manage budgets.

  • Producing monthly management accounts in support of the FC

  • Developing financial forecasts and projections.

  • Generate and analyse financial statements.

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and board pack information

  • Provide financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Assist in business performance evaluation.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Analyse business performance and suggest improvements

  • Manage cash flow and working capital.

Qualifications

  • Minimum AAT Level 4 required

  • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role

  • Proficiency in Sage

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
