Trainee Accountant + AAT Study

This business ins a “developer of people” – are renowned for bringing in individuals at a Trainee level and helping you progress through the business!

You will work with the Finance Manager who will spend time pulling together a training and development plan for you to towards in your own time, whilst studying for your exams.

Exposure will be in line with the AAT Qualification however it’s essential you already have 6-12 months experience – the rest, they’ll look after!

If this isn’t an exciting vision, I don’t know what is – an opportunity to work for a manager who will genuinely invest in you & your development and more importantly, practice what she preaches.

A lot of roles at this level have a shelf life of 1-2 years; you go in and earn your stripes but then realistically you’ve reached as far as you can go at that business.

That’s where this role is different; you be on the receiving end of some of the best training I’ve seen in the workplace to enable you to progress through the company as they genuinely want you to be a long-term fixture at the business… 5, even 10 years from now!

We have used Platinum many times and will continue to do so.
