Responsibilities
Β· Lead a small team within the Head Office Finance Team, guiding and managing their performance to ensure clear direction and high standards.
Β· Play a pivotal role as a key member of the Senior Management team.
Β· Oversee both internal and external reporting processes on a monthly and annual basis, including Group consolidation.
Β· Take charge of the annual budget and re-forecasting processes across Head Office and other locations to ensure alignment with strategic and operational business planning.
Β· Collaborate closely with the head of operations and other key stakeholders to deliver financial and operational plans in a timely manner.
Β· Ensure the delivery of high-quality results to meet both internal and external requirements, with a strong emphasis on technical accuracy in accounting and reporting.
Β· Manage key stakeholder relationships across all levels and departments effectively.
Β· Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
