For a qualified, skilled Management Accountant, looking for that step-up to Finance Manager level, this role offers everything needed to successfully make the transition:
- Dedicated FC mentor willing to fill any knowledge gaps
- Perfect first management role; the team you’ll oversee are independent, self-motivated and need very little handholding
- Vast exposure opportunities; Board presentations, ad hoc projects centered around expanding the business through acquisitions and investment

Support will be there but have no doubt this is a senior position, with senior responsibilities, so we’re looking for someone totally proficient in management accounting who has some exposure to people-management as well as strategic projects.
You will be finalizing management accounts, business partnering with ops / sales, leading the team through a 5 year business plan – You are a business critical hire.
