Due to growth, the business is looking to expand the team. This role would suit someone from an administration background who is keen to get into accounts or a Purchase Ledger Clerk who wants exposure to the whole process, however, it is essential you have Sage experience. In this role, you will be:
- Processing of Purchase Invoices/Credit Notes
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Requesting and Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Posting of Bank Payments
- Obtaining copy invoices where necessary
- Solving Queries
- Compiling a payment list for the end of each month
- Compiling Reports from Sage
