Platinum Recruitment Group are going into the new year with a brand new opportunity for 3 experienced Customer Service Advisors OR Administrators to join a market leading organisation specialising in travel insurance.
Are you looking to join a company which can support you in progressing into senior roles?

You’ll play a huge part in a team of successful Customer Service Advisors, dealing with customers via phone and email developing product knowledge, whilst providing administrative support.
You’ll be required to look after customer enquiries ranging from general information, upgrades, cancellations and adjustments on current travel insurance policies. You’ll be given specific training to be able to hold a wide range of product knowledge in order to support your customers with anything they need.

You must demonstrate the following:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen and demonstrate empathy with the needs of different customers
- The passion to want to build a career within financial services or insurance
- Experience of working in a customer service environment is essential
