An opportunity to work with a senior recruiter on the clerical finance desk who has 12 years’ experience in the Manchester market and she is more than happy to train, support you and show you the ropes!
We benefit from having an incredible reputation in what we do – and a database that’s been established for 15 years with clients and candidates that we regularly support, so this really is an amazing time to join as you will have full access to these resources – no client or candidate ownership here!
No prior recruitment experience is required but you must be a go-getter – that really is the one pre-requisite!
Someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships with both clients and candidates and become an expert in a 360 degree recruitment role.
You will be surrounded by the most amazing bunch of colleagues – many of whom have progressed from this very role into Senior Consultant positions within the business and they are chomping at the bit to share their wealth of knowledge with the next hire!
