£22,000 basic + monthly bonuses (OTE £30,000 per year)

You’d be joining a successful desk, with the view of adding value by finding the best customer service and sales candidates in the market.

We will provide you with a full business and training induction, with continued learning and development. With constant support from management we’ve had resourcers move into consulting, and consultants move into management.

We have a Christmas shutdown, birthdays off work, and we’ve previously travelled to destinations such as Dublin together!
You’ll be based at home, as well as in our offices. We have our own social space with pool tables, a tv and sit down area, as well as meeting rooms to interview candidates, and a working desk area. You’ll have the support of the desk manager, as well as 2 Directors who will provide you with on the job training and advice whenever you need it.

We’ve had trainee’s who have started in the business who are now Managing Consultants. The progression is proof within the current team and how they have developed with us to date.
- Support the desk in advertising roles on behalf of our clients
- Working alongside the contact centre desk manager on a daily basis
- You’ll be trained to write your own job adverts and social media posts
- Finding candidates by using various job boards
- Assisting with assessment centres and career fairs
- Taking part in client visits and conducting interviews
- You’ll learn how to negotiate a candidate through a job offer, and start with our clients
- Creating marketing material to send out the clients when we meet a star candidate
We have an exciting vision for the contact centre division of Platinum Recruitment, and we are looking for a like minded individual who will be excited by the prospect of seeing the desk perform extremely well, coming up with new ideas and ways to find the best candidates in the market.
