Platinum are working with a growing business in Manchester City Centre who are looking to recruit a Trainee Administrator to support in their HR & Operations divisions whilst receiving full training & be put through a fantastic development programme.
This is a position to work alongside the HR & Operations Manager providing administration support to both areas of the company but have a clear career path to focus on as well.
You will have a 12 month plan to train in new areas, smash objectives & learn new skills with the view to being promoted to Senior Administrator at the end of your first year.
The role will entail creating HR documents (contracts and letters), managing personnel records, dealing with HR queries (holidays & absence) plus supporting with company projects, maintaining the company database & company diary management.
With daily, weekly & monthly support from your Manager; this is a role suited to somebody who is motivated, eager to learn & wants a new challenge.
