This business is a “developer of people” – are renowned for bringing in individuals at a Trainee level and helping you progress through the business!

In fact, this role has become available due to the internal promotion of a Trainee I placed 18 months ago.

He’s now AAT Qualified and moving into an Assistant Accountant role – a pathway they’re looking to replicate with their next recruit!

It’s essential you already have basic finance experience – whether that’s purchase or sales ledger or simply data entry – the rest, they’ll train on!

Exposure will be in line with what you’re studying – they’ll leave no stone unturned when it comes to your development and I’ve had feedback that their training is thorough and indepth!

A lot of roles at this level have a shelf life of 1-2 years; you go in and earn your stripes but then realistically you’ve reached as far as you can go at that business.

That’s where this role is different; you be on the receiving end of some of the best training I’ve seen in the workplace to enable you to progress through the company as they genuinely want you to be a long-term fixture at the business… 5, even 10 years from now!

The business is just a 10 minute walk from Heald Green Station and the junction along from Manchester Airport, and there’s the option to work from home 3 days a week – perfect if you’re looking to Wythenshawe or Cheadle!
