Trainee Account Manager
£18,000 – £24,000 (OTE £40,000+ per year)

Not only will you have clear progression, your basic salary will increase to £25,000 as an Account Manager. We can offer the best training and development in the business with visual workshops and specialist coaches. You’ll join as a Lead Generation Executive, quickly being upskilled to Account Manager level in a matter of weeks, bonuses taking you to above £40,000 per year.
The basis of your role is to support vulnerable customers who are in financial difficulty.
This will give you a huge sense of job satisfaction. Why? Because as a business we pride ourselves on taking the stress away from having to call creditors and pay off bills monthly – we will do that on behalf of our customers. All you need to do is explain why this is a beneficial service for them, and pass over to an Account Manager for closing.
This role is completely warm leads focused – NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED!
Once you move into your Account Manager role you will then be the person who takes over calls. You’ll provide advice on becoming debt free by going through income and expenses, budgeting bills, and agreeing an amount for you to pay their bills off with external companies – what could be better than seeing your customers genuinely grateful you’ve made a difference to their mental health and finances?
You’ll work with the biggest brands in the industry including Nationwide, Lowell, and NatWest.
