Immediately after training you will be given the opportunity to move to Account Manager level, with all staff members achieving this within 3 months in the business. Duties will include:
- Working in a professional environment specialising in financial solutions
- Receiving in-house leads/calls passed over to you to build your customer base
- Complete a full fact find, discussing all income/outgoings
- Provide solutions best suited to the customer’s needs
- Taking the stress away from customers, who will be grateful for your knowledge
- Assisting vulnerable customers who are genuinely just looking for guidance and support
