Senior Payroll Clerk
£28,000 – £32,000
An opportunity to manage multiple payrolls for a fast-paced, multi-faceted enterprise where progression & personal development is encouraged.
This isn’t purely a processing role; you will be encouraged to get involved in implementing new systems & managing projects within both payroll & HR, working directly with the Financial Controller.
You must have payroll experience and be ready to take the lead in this department, keeping up to date with changing legislation and constantly looking for ways to streamline processes – this is a business that isn’t stuck in the dark ages!
The business is about to complete multiple acquisitions as they enter the last quarter which will increase headcount therefore there will be a need to expand the payroll team; within your first 12 months you can take control over recruiting a Payroll Administrator to support you and you will give the green light on when you think this is needed.
