Senior Payroll Clerk – 12 Month Contract

Opportunity to utilise your payroll expertise and run the entire function from start to finish for this established business with acquisitions already completed for the first half of 2021.
This is initially a maternity cover for 12 months however due to the growth plans mapped out by the Financial Controller, there is a high possibility this could be made a permanent contract.
Even if this is not possible, a year’s experience on your CV of working for a reputable company and managing the payroll from preparing the BACS payment through to managing the year-end process, will look highly desirable to future employers.
The experience you will gain from this role in 12 months will be far superior to those you’d gain from a permanent role where you won’t really advance any further if you are sitting in a role where you’re doing the same thing day in, day out.
