When the Director described this role to us, he referenced it being the “heartbeat” of the company; he used this phrase as for him without the heartbeat there is no business which emphasised the level of importance and trust he places on your position.
The company are looking for the lynchpin of the business someone who can work with the leadership team (presently 3 Directors) and be an individual who can support and encourage a wider team of 12 employees.
This role will enable you to elevate your career from complete office management to a seat at the Directors table.
The Directors are visionaries and know they are “not perfect” hence the need for someone to come in and deliver change across the business. They want this person to work together with the whole company and use existing expertise to implement process, structure and share ideas and knowledge.
This is not a job to tick over in, it’s a job like no other you will be given authority, a position of strength and be supported by the whole team who see this new hire as vital to the continued success in their personal careers and the business growth.
As you will immediately assume a position of responsibility you need to be an exceptional communicator who is adept supporting business leaders through to junior members of staff and being able to adapt approach accordingly.
Their sector is professional services where there is compliance and legislation to be adhered too therefore someone with a corporate background would love this business as its offers all the professionalism yet also allows for immediate change and improvements.
Based in central Altrincham it is within a stone’s throw of Altrincham Metrolink and offers on-site parking.
