Dynamic and rapidly expanding PE backed business offering a newly created and rare role which will allow promotion to Finance Manager. You will be supported and mentored by the Fkinance Manager and Head of Finance Finance and given the autonomy to put your stamp on a finance team that requires support and developemt.
The businesses’ ambitious and exciting growth plans, which have already seen rapid grwoth over the last 2 years requires a forward-thinking individual with a strong desire to create their own mark very quickly and have the passion to contribute to the success of the organisation and ultimately have the aspirations to progress further within 2-3 years.
We are looking for a qualified accountant with a strong financial and management accounting background who is an avid self-learner, highly motivated and a self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude and full of new ideas.
You will be required to manage junior members of staff, undertake all aspects of financial management, including accounting functions and operations, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide range of exciting challenges that a PE backed business can offer.
