A forward-thinking Lettings Agency are opening their new branch in Sheffield in the coming weeks & require a Senior Lettings Negotiator to oversee the lettings division alongside Directors.
Their Sheffield branch is set to have their largest, most successful portfolio therefore this is a fantastic time to join them so you can get stuck into a brand-new opportunity & start climbing that career ladder.
A new build portfolio of 60 apartments has recently completed in Sheffield that this business are managing, with a further apartment block to be completed early next year therefore this is your opportunity implement the Lettings process in Sheffield & hit the ground running with tenants & landlords.
Your progression & opportunity to earn is up to you – there is no ceiling as to where your career can go & your commission is uncapped (on average earnings, estimated £28,000 for the first year) so if you’re eager about a career with a company that have an ever-growing portfolio in Sheffield plus nationwide then this could be the perfect next move for you.
The Directors are keen to employ an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to really make the role their own & execute new processes throughout the branch where you will make key business decisions on behalf of the Lettings division – somebody who has a sales-like thought process & can spot opportunities would be ideal.
You will take ownership of the whole lettings process from start to finish; helping the company grow the Lettings brand through new ideas & completing viewings right through to carrying out inventories & check ins/ check outs so you must hold experience in each component of lettings & be knowledgeable of lettings, landlord & tenant laws.
You will be developing a Lettings team & division around you so you must have the eagerness to want to grow a Lettings department, be passionate about Property & Lettings & want to be the best in the market with the support of the Directors.
