Chance to work for a growing logistics company whose supplier & customer portfolio includes global enterprises across the UK and international market.
This role has been created due to expansion; the business has increased profits by 25% in just 6 months so are looking for an individual who wants to develop & progress.
Your role will involve managing a portfolio of high-end brands, acting as a key point of contact for the entire order process, managing the entire supply chain and providing the best possible customer service.
You won’t be just a number or a name on the payroll; you will be given the opportunity to work towards a development plan to allow for promotion within your first 18 months with the business.
It isn’t going to be set in stone as to the route to progress down; that is entirely up to you and will be dictated by your strengths and skillset.
Previous employees who have began their career in this role have progressed to:
- Logistics Manager
- Supply Chain Manager
- Administration Manager
- Sales Manager
This is because the business likes to grow its team organically and build on the skillset of its existing team!
This is a great opportunity if you have experience of working within administration as organisational skills are absolutely critical to this role as it’s a fast-moving and deadline-driven environment that you’d be working in; the business will then hone in one these skills and allow you to specialise as you get confident in your role.
