Chance to work for a growing retail manufacturer whose customer portfolio includes global retailers across the UK and international market.
This is a newly created role due to expansion; the business has increased profits by 25% in just 6 months so are looking for an individual who wants to develop & progress.
Your role will involve managing a portfolio of high-end brands, acting as a key point of contact for the entire order process from design to production, managing the entire supply chain and providing the best possible customer service.
This is a great opportunity if you have a genuine interest in the retail market, from import to product manufacturing as you will have a real insight into the market and speak with a wide range of contacts including Directors and Stake Holders of big-name businesses.
You won’t be just a number or a name on the payroll; you will be given the opportunity to work towards a development plan to allow for promotion within your first 18 months with the business.
It isn’t going to be set in stone as to the route to progress down; that is entirely up to you and will be dictated by your strengths and skillset.
So, whether you want to become an Admin Manager or transition into another department within the company, the Directors can be flexible with this as each area of the business is flourishing so opportunities are vast.
