A fantastic company in Manchester City Centre are looking for experienced Administrator that would be attracted to a role with clear career progression in the future.
This is an extremely varied role, where you will be working alongside the Office Manager / PA to manage the day to day administration which will include accounts and staff expenses, HR, recruitment and general office administrative duties
As it is a senior position the company need someone who is very adaptable and confidential; a knowledge of ISO standards would be an advantage but not necessary as full training can be provided.
What makes this opportunity exciting and unique is there is huge opportunity to progress as the current PA / Office Manager is looking to appoint someone who will step up into her role in the near future.
That means that over the next few years you will benefit from being trained and mentored by the current PA / Office Manager allowing you to confidently step up to this role in the future.
The role would suit someone who has a background in Administration and can apply themselves to different sectors and responsibilities.
You must have good knowledge of Excel and be comfortable using the full MS Office Suite.
