Your role will be a mix of year end accounts and Bookkeeping – with the focus leaning towards the Bookkeeping work initially before becoming a more even split over time.
The clients often pop into the office to discuss their accounts making it ideal for anyone who prefers to build strong in-person relationships – rather than doing everything from behind a computer screen.
The owners believe in giving autonomy; so there is flexibility in everything from when you start / finish through to how you organise and structure your day.
The support of the managers and seniors is all readily available so in the areas you are still learning there will always be someone on hand to help with the answers.
To be considered for the role you must have previous experience at a firm of accountants; people with pure practice bookkeeping experience are being considered alongside anyone working in a combination of year end and bookkeeping.
