Platinum Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a service-based organisation who have grown from small foundations to now operating multi-nationally.
With an open-door policy – the Managing Director is in the office Monday – Friday where he sits with each team for a catch up & offers any support required whilst holding regular 1-to-1 reviews to enable you to develop professionally.
Your core responsibility is scheduling jobs for up to 65 engineers, where you will be responsible for:
- Diary Management – Booking in meetings and diary entries to all the engineer’s diary
- Customer Service – Liaising with customers to book in jobs at their convenience
- Co-ordination – Arranging jobs geographically to suit the engineer’s journey
- Documentation – Ensuring health & safety and all documentation is complete prior to jobs
In a busy, fast paced role you will see exposure to all areas of administration & customer service – absolutely ideal if you’re looking to up skill in these areas.
The business is looking for somebody who has a strong administrative background (whether that be in scheduling or general administration) or helpdesk experience which will compliment this role perfectly.
