8:15AM – 4:15PM Monday to Friday only

WE DO NOT COLD CALL. As sales support you’ll simply reach out to customers on our database who have purchased or spoken to us before, making sure they have our up to date brochures and we have their correct contact details ready for any future purchases.
You’ll complete a mixture of sales support and administration duties throughout the day, perfect for someone who likes being on the phones building relationships. Your duties will include:
- Calling businesses with operations theatres discussing hospital equipment products
- Maintaining the company’s inhouse database
- Ensuring all client information is regularly maintained and correct
- Obtaining email addresses and sending intro emails
- Sending out mailshots and brochures to clients
- Creating and chasing quotations
- Administrational duties including scanning documents and attaching to files
- Completing around 30 calls per day, on the phones speaking to clients
- Answering incoming calls into the business
- Typing up letters and sending out
