Sales & Retentions Executive – Life Insurance Brokerage
£22,000 (OTE £40,000 per year)
Monday to Friday only

As a business we want to help you become a better advisor, providing you with the opportunity to look after and dedicate time to your own customers. We will provide you with full training, before you then join our current executive who in the last month received an additional £1,000 on top of the basic + monthly bonus simply for doing a good job.

Within retentions your tasks will include retaining customers who want to cancel. It’s about asking the right questions and understanding why a customer may want to leave, and whether there’s something we can do to keep their business. If your confident, intuitive, and enjoy building rapport then you are exactly what we are looking for.
You’ll need to consistently attempt to reach customers who are trying to cancel, reselling, and demonstrating the benefits of why they should stay with us. You’ll liase with other companies to gather information a customer may need, being competitive in your approach to make sure a customer is happy at the end of the call.
