Sales Development Manager
£40,000 – £50,000 basic and OTE £80,000
An opportunity has been created for a Sales Development Manager to join of the fastest growing firms in the North West,
Already considered a market leader in what they do they are now looking to utilise their reputation by hiring a Sales Development Manager that can boost sales through developing and managing new innovative ways to target different audiences via a wide range of sources including leads that are generated elsewhere within the business.
This is a newly created role, so the business is looking for someone with the drive to really make this role their own and then in the future develop the role with an opportunity to build a team around them.
Strong communication skills required to brief ideas and campaigns to the leadership team, with clear objectives and expectations and the ability to proactively think of new, exciting, and innovative ideas and campaigns to do this, utilising the data and products the company are currently offering and selling.
The role would be ideal for a creative thinker who can identify with the target audience and has agility to react quickly to the moving landscape and new trends.
The successful candidate will work closely with The Head of Strategic Sales Development to create new ideas to drive the target audience to the additional products the firm has available, this isn’t looking for new leads its all about utilising the data that is already there, but not being used.
You will be working closely with the Marketing team who will design and create any material needed to execute the projects effectively. The main mediums to target the population will be digital, social and email to increase brand awareness, interest in healthcare and volume of inbound leads.
The role will include liaising with the Direct Data Manager who will analyse, identify and report back on the types of data available so the Sales Development Manager can proactively plan and create ideas using this data planning a schedule of campaigns throughout the year in line with channel monthly and annual targets.
