Becoming debt free is a goal many people strive to achieve, and this role is around you being able to help them in this journey. There will be no cold calling involved, with warm leads from Google Ad’s, fresh enquiries from the website, and hot keys from external businesses given to you on a daily basis.
If you’re working in retail, hospitality, or a contact centre environment and you want to push your career to the next level, this is the perfect role to kickstart your career. With a direct career path into Account Management within the space of 12 months you will progress at a rapid rate.

Moving from Lead Executive to Account Manager will allow you to move from being the first point of contact for debt, to the final point of contact where you will manage the debts for them, allowing them to pay creditors back in low, affordable amounts.
This will be done through you discussing their income and expenditure, and building lasting relationships.
The CEO and managers will be sat on the floor with you. This is a “one for all” attitude with constant support, training, and development on offer for you. 2 weeks of training will be provided via workshops and in the classroom teaching you the role, and assessing how quickly you can progress in the business.

We are looking for:
- A bubbly, chatty personality who has the desire to progress their career
- It doesn’t matter what background you are from as long as you’re willing to learn
- Be comfortable in striking up relationships, as you’ll sell yourself to the customers
- Previous customer service or sales experience in any sector
- Be confident in your ability to make and take up to 200 calls per day
- A tenacious attitude – focusing on the “yes” rather than the “no”
