As Sales Advisor your role is simple however you need the skill to negotiate and complete sale to earn maximum commissions.

Your responsibility is as follows:
To receive 15 qualified inbound lead calls per day, complete an initial fact find, understand the situation, and offer advice on the most suited product before completing sale and taking final customer details.
It is then at this point you will be automatically allocated your commission to be received in your next pay packet.
Like I said the process is simple you just need the negotiation skills to be amazing at it!
Long term career development is also offered as they will fund professional qualifications and you will receive basic salary increases as you pass exams.
