A Sales Administrator who is experienced in sales order processing & has worked in Retail or a similar industry is the candidate this company will employ to have a long-term career with them.
The question is – is progression one of your key motivators?
This company will offer you a path to either become a senior member of the order processing team or develop into a more skilled based Sales Administrator where you will manage your own customer accounts & be an influential part of the decision-making process.
Your role will include:
- Processing customer orders onto the system, from small to large values
- Dealing with customer queries regarding stock, despatch dates and proof of delivery
- Setting up new customers onto the system
- Sending out order acknowledgements to customers and providing information regarding stock levels and delivery
- Taking credit card payments over the phone
- Raising invoices and chasing payments
- Delivering quotations to customers
- Setting up new product codes, prices and descriptions for new products
- Raising purchase orders & export sales orders
- Managing the process of securing purchase order numbers for rental orders
