A great opportunity has arisen for someone with Customer Service or Sales experience to join a rapidly growing company based in Oldham. This is not just the ordinary Sales Administrator role, you will have the chance to earn UNCAPPED commission with no cold calling or hammering the phones.
Just to give you a feel for how they work, they have an open door policy and a strong relationship with the Directors giving them a huge family feel. You would be joining a supportive team who will do as much as they can to help you succeed.
They have 5 locations based across Manchester with outstanding customer reviews, so not only do they value their staff but their customers love them too! Their Stockport office is in a great location which is easy to access.
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Quality Manager responsible for the following:
- Taking calls to arrange bookings
- Dealing with customer queries – both commercial and the public
- Handling and investigating any complaints
- Processing invoices
- Allocating bookings on to the system
- First point of contact regarding all bookings
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
This candidate will need to be able to communicate in a professional manner as they will be representing the company.

Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30
Every other weekend
Saturday 8:30-12.30
