Join a fun, young and exciting business where you will be managing the recruitment and onboarding for key roles within the business.
The company is growing and embarking on several acquisitions as we head into the second quarter of 2022 therefore the number of heads at the business will increase, which has created this new opportunity to join the HR team.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will have the dedicated training and support to get you to where you want to be; whether that’s heading up the whole recruitment division or progressing into a generalist HR role.
You will be managing UK and overseas recruitment and onboarding from beginning to end – right from advert posting through to induction and training process whilst liaising with internal management and Directors.

The business is looking for someone with some drive and desire, someone who likes a challenge and can confidently make a difference whilst having their voice heard. You must have some recruitment experience (if you have your CIPD this would be an added bonus!)
Flexible working hours on offer based on a 37.5 hour week, you can start/ finish at a time best suited to you; they’re super relaxed, as long as your hours are done and the work is complete you can manage your own time.
