This role of Receptionist/ Administrator is so different to any other Reception role that you will be applying to because you’re not sat on a front desk on your own just welcoming clients in, you’re sat with your team, integrating with staff members, supporting with administration including registering new clients & using the multiple systems as well as offering a professional approach to calls incoming & clients into the office.
So, if you’re currently a Receptionist & you’re fed up with being isolated from the rest of the team & you’re bored of the same routine day in day out of taking 100 calls a day & signing in visitors; this one is for you.

If you have experience working in a firm of Accountants as a Receptionist you will be entitled to the higher end salary, if you come from a different sector but you have quality & a wealth of Receptionist experience then salary is negotiable.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, free parking on site & additional fringe benefits to be discussed.
