Platinum Recruitment Group are working with an established firm based in Altrincham on a vacancy to recruit into their office support team of 3 staff.
The business is experiencing growth in each department due to the influx in the need of the business services. My client is looking for a candidate that is ambitious & enthusiastic so you can progress and develop a career with the firm.
Your role will include:
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to the relevant department
- Meeting and greeting visitors into the office
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms and making and serving refreshments
- Managing all postal duties for each department
- Administration duties including: Photocopying, scanning & data entry
- Archiving as & when necessary
- Checking stationery supplies & ordering stock
