Which is why they are seeking a Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk who, alongside one other, can split the supplier & customer database and provide the best possible service to them both.
The beauty of this role is one minute you can be processing all the orders, reconciling the stock and negotiating new deals with suppliers and the next you’ll be chasing payments from customers and producing cash flow forecasts on your ledger.
It is the perfect role for an individual who doesn’t want to be pigeon-holed to one aspect of transactional finance, but instead, gets their job satisfaction from being busy, thinking on their feet and reacting quickly to different scenarios.
You must have experience in managing both sides of ledger & be happy with where you’ve reached with your career; this is a business where you can go in, give 100% and then leave at the end of the day knowing you’ve done a good job and that it’s appreciated by the Finance Director.
