If you love Purchase Ledger and want to be involved in the process from start to finish with freedom to manage your own workload, there is no better opportunity.
Together with another Purchase Ledger Clerk and a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will form a strong partnership with transactional accounting working for a stable & secure business that have just completed a successful acquisition.
Not simply a data processing role – the business puts a big emphasis on building supplier relationships; your role will be varied and not just one-dimensional so you will cover the entire Purchase Ledger function for your suppliers from initially setting them up on the system through to finalising the payment run on a weekly basis.
Each day is varied, and you will see the process through from raising the purchase order through to paying the supplier however you certainly won’t feel bombarded, overworked or under pressure as you have the rest of the team around you for support.
The Financial Controller is so intent on creating a healthy work/life balance for all staff which is why she can offer hybrid working and flexible start & finish times, so she really has listened to the needs of her staff in a post-covid world.
