Here is an opportunity to work as a specialist within Purchase Ledger for a multi-sited business.
The role is absolutely ideal if you’ve built up 12-18 months in purchase ledger but now want a role where you can have more autonomy; managing your own caseload of suppliers with complete authority to approve payment runs and negotiate prices.
The company is continuing to grow, having acquired several new contracts which have been rolled out in 2021 so because of this growth, they have the capacity to recruit further within the next 12 months – so will be looking for a Purchase Ledger Manager.
The experience you will gain from your first 12 months with the business will set you up perfectly to be in line for a promotion into this more senior role; helping to recruit staff & train them up on all company processes & procedures.
This is not simply a data punching role – the business puts a big emphasis on building supplier relationships; your role will be varied and not just one-dimensional so if you’re in a Purchase Ledger role stuck just processing invoices, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The business is also understanding around personal commitments and promotes a healthy work/ life balance for all staff; with the Finance Director operating an “open-door policy” for his team.
