This position gives you the autonomy to manage the entire Purchase Ledger function for 2 entities for 12-18 months with the opportunity to move into a more generalist accounts role.
It is rare for a Purchase Ledger role to offer a study package for the AAT, but the business is happy to provide this as they genuinely want to invest in an individual and encourage you to progress.
You will become a Purchase Ledger specialist for the business and once you have accomplished this, you will get the chance to support the Financial Controller with month-end close and reporting schedules.
Most Purchase Ledger roles in the market don’t offer much in terms of future progression but as this company is growing, they will accommodate an individual who wants to pass on the transactional responsibilities in the next year.
It is essential you already have at least 12 months’ Purchase Ledger experience to be considered for this role – you’ll be joining at an extremely busy time for the company so prior knowledge is expected.
