Due to substantial growth within the company my client is now looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their team of 5.
With Hybrid working and flexible hours available you will report to the Purchase Ledger Manager who initially started as a Customer Service Advisor 6 years ago, so if you have the determination and drive there is plenty of room for progression and personal growth!

Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure all invoices are processed accurately, with relevant approval and ready for payment as per the account agreed payment terms
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and resolve all queries to a satisfactory outcome and in a timely manner
- Request and complete statement reconciliations for all key suppliers to ensure creditor ledgers are up to date and all invoices have been received
- Build and maintain good relationships within the wider business with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Assist with Payment runs
- VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables on Excel
Requirements:
- Intermediate Excel experience (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
- Forward-thinker with a proactive approach
- Ability to deal with sensitive suppliers
- Eagerness to learn and develop
- Enthusiastic about meeting new people and working in a team
- Consistent strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
