Expansion at this dynamic business in Altrincham has created the need for a Purchase Ledger Clerk that wants to join a company that will actively encourage your professional development.
The role has become available after the current person has been promoted within the company, again highlighting the development opportunities on offer.
Although you will manage the day to day running of the purchase ledger you will be working alongside a finance team of 6, in what is a fast paced, exciting and dynamic office environment.
There will be plenty to keep you motivated including the option to study towards a professional accountancy qualification, with the company supporting the AAT.
The Financial Controller will provide your training and although the business is looking for someone with an understanding of accounts you don’t need to have extensive experience, however a positive, can do attitude is essential.

- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing company payment runs
- Processing monthly payment runs
- Handling any invoice queries
- Supporting the wider finance team at month end
