We are seeking candidates who are looking to be part of the future of a brokerage and not just do a job and tick the boxes. This Brokerage is always passionate about explaining to us as recruiters that they hire to invest in people.
In insurance, we sometimes get caught up in being the top biller, the loudest voice or have the “best approach” … you don’t need to be those things. You just need to be committed and hard working with some experience of working in Protection Insurance.

Having done extensive research amongst competitors and ensuring they can motivate but most importantly recognise hard work from their employees, they have simply adopted the most generous commission structure in the North West.
As a Protection Advisor you will:
- Be passed leads from the lead generation team / have consistent access to web leads
- Discuss and advise about protection insurance
- Complete policy details & payment details
- Be paid substantial commission
