Platinum Recruitment are currently supporting with an exciting new opportunity for a market leading client based within the property market. This is a business with a difference giving you the autonomy to control where you work, how you work and when!
The Role:
- You’ll have the opportunity to either work from one of the businesses popular hubs, or remotely from home making sure to source properties your own way whether that be online or out on the road
- Listing properties ensuring you promote the unique selling points to increase viewings
- The amount of properties you manage is directly within your control
- Working on a portfolio of clients you can achieve sales through
- Using negotiation skills, closing sales techniques, and account management
- Ability to work towards targets and KPI’s
- A full UK drivers licence needed

- Remote working – from home or via our client’s hubs
- The opportunity to earn up to 50% of total sales achieved
- Total flexibility on the hours you work whether that be full time earning £3,000+ a month, OR choosing to do this alongside other commitments part time earning up to £2,000+ a month
- Field based making sure to attend evaluations, viewings and client meetings
- Up to 3 months’ worth of training provided whilst you start to build a pipeline of properties/customers
