One of Manchester’s best Lettings Agencies are recruiting for a Property Manager & can offer:
- Commission structure – 20% of the rebate of the maintenance paid monthly, expect to receive £6,000 per annum in bonus – uncapped (can earn more than this)
- Promotion to Branch Manager offered within 24 months of employment
- 35-hour week – no weekend work

As the Property Manager, you will manage a total of 300 properties in the Northwest where you will take ownership of the portfolio, making business decisions & building relationships with contractors, landlords & tenants & being paid commission for your great work.
The company is continuing to expand with 2 developments in excess of 350 units to be completed in 18 months & these will be expected to fall in your portfolio with the opportunity to step up to Branch Manager.
As this is a role to manage 300 properties, you must have experience in a Property Manager role because there is no beginner training being available, support from Directors there but you must have the knowledge already.
You must hold a full clean driving license for this position.
