This is your chance to join a Property firm in Manchester who are offering you complete exposure to both residential and commercial property portfolios; a business that manage all assets in house.
You will work as the right-hand person to the owner of the business who has over 15 years’ experience in property and she will take you under her wing ensuring you get fast track promotion to manage the whole Residential department of the business.
Your role as Property Manager will be managing a portfolio of 130 properties (this includes some Commercial and block management) in Manchester City Centre and the outskirts – you will be required to have a driving license but can make use of one of their hire cars or receive mileage expenses if you use your own vehicle.
What’s different about this role compared to other Property Manager roles is you’re being exposed to everything like a cradle to the grave; you will be involved with everything to do with property management from start to finish and be able to bring your ideas to the table.
