A reputable Property firm in Manchester are recruiting for a Property Manager to take ownership of a Residential portfolio in Manchester City Centre.
Owned by the one of the wealthiest CEO’s globally; this Property business are beating the rest of the market due to their investment in resources, properties and their staff.
They’re looking for a Property Manager who has some knowledge of Property already but are more than happy to train you up to become an elite performer in your team of 4 – you will receive training that will have you reaching your career goals in no time.
You will manage the property process from start to finish, right from enquiry through to check outs and be the sole decision maker of your portfolio with the support from your Manager should you require it so you’ll be trusted to take autonomy and really grab the reins of your own workload.
The properties you will be managing are all based in Manchester City Centre (within a 5-minute walk from the offices) so travel will be at a minimum and you’re not required to drive for this post due to this.
One of the best things about this job is the progression – the current Lettings Manager started in this exact role just 2 years ago and has progressed at an epic rate; there’s no saying you can’t do the same here!
