Manage a portfolio of 350 high spec properties in City Centre with the encouragement, support and training from a CEO who has been in the industry for 15 years with one of the best reputations in the market.
85% of his landlords have been with him for 15 years, testament to the service he provides and the success of his business; he wants a Property Manager to take under his wing and get you to this level.
You won’t be pigeonholed to one area of property here; you will have exposure to every aspect of property from new tenants, viewings right through to maintenance, building management and move outs so this is the perfect role for you if you’re looking to increase your knowledge of Property.
The MD told me he’s looking for someone with a spark, someone who is going to deliver the best possible service, he isn’t hooked up on KPI’s or figures, it’s more about the service that his business provides; the right person fit for this role is essential.
You must hold experience in property management and have experience in supporting on or managing a portfolio of properties – he will be there to teach you the ropes of the business, but he wants to see knowledge of property laws and how it works firstly.
