The role:
The Directors have recognised a requirement for a Property Manager following their acquisitions in 2021/22.
This role will enable you to expand on your skill set as you will be managing both commercial and residential assets (including block management)
Your portfolio will include up to 200 properties (90% of the properties are based in Greater Manchester with just two based in Wales that you will be required to travel to just once every 2 months)
What they want from you:
A candidate passionate about Property & has experience working as a Property Manager (block management experience would be an added bonus)
