Property Management Accounts Assistant

Expansion of its client portfolio has resulted in this residential & commercial property business increasing head count in its accounts team.
The Finance Director has asked me to only interview candidates with property experience as you will be expected to have an immediate impact in role, supporting with service charge and landlords & tenants from day one.
Aside from this, you will enjoy a 360-degree finance role from transactional to month-end accounting so the knowledge and experience you gain will be vast & varied, standing you in good stead for future opportunities.
Progression is thoroughly encouraged, and the management team will do all they can to ensure you have the tools to move up the ladder as the business continues to grow.
Staff currently split their time between working from the office and remotely and management have been impressed with the quality of work that has been achieved from employees working from home so they have decided to continue this to encourage a healthier work life balance.
